1. Have I ever felt afraid of, or threatened by, my partner?
2. Am I in a relationship in which I have been physically hurt or threatened by my partner?
3. Has my partner ever destroyed things that are important to me?
4. Has my partner ever forced me to engage in sex when I didn't want to?
5. Has my partner ever stopped me from leaving the house, seeing friends, getting a job, or continuing my education?
6. Does my partner watch my every move, call home or work multiple times a day, or accuse me of having affairs with everyone?
