Who is Eligible For

STAR Services?

Youth between the ages of 0 and 17 years and their families.

Youth with past or present truant, runaway or delinquent behaviors.

Youth who are at risk of truant, runaway, or delinquent behaviors.

Youth and their families who are experiencing significant family confict.

Youth who are not currently on formal probation.

Youth and their families who participate voluntarily.

Anyone can call and make a referral to the STAR program.
